Before and After

Believe it or not, this is me.  When I started on this journey to a healthier life, I weighted in at 250 lbs.  I wore a XXL shirt and had a 42" waist.

The picture on the right is me running the popular "Double Bridge Run" in Pensacola, Fl.  It is a 15K race.  Longest race I had attempted at the time.  I dropped my weight to 195 lbs.  My shirt size varies from a medium to a large depending on the shirt and my pants run between a 32 and 34 again depending on the brand, etc.

I need to break the 200 bridge here soon.I was size 44 almost into the 34's ( tight). Hot in Florida?
